Provide your details and the details of the person you're referring. We'll register the referral, and if you provide the client's contact details, we'll reach out to them.
You receive payment
If the referred client completes a deal with VT Group, you'll receive 10% of our commission — by bank transfer.

When will I receive payment?
After the deal with the referred client is closed. For rentals, this means signing the lease; for purchases, completing the transaction. Timing depends on the deal type and client situation.
How much can I earn?
You'll receive 10% of VT Group's commission for the deal. For rentals, this is typically around 500 PLN; for purchases, around 1,000–2,500 PLN. The exact amount depends on the specific deal.
How will I receive payment?
We pay by bank transfer to the account you specify. We support accounts in Poland and other European countries.
How will I know the deal has closed?
We'll contact you after the deal closes and inform you of the payment amount before making the transfer.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No. You can refer as many people as you like and receive payment for every completed deal that meets the programme terms.
How long is a referral valid?
A referral is valid for 6 months from the date the form is submitted.
Do I have to provide the client's phone number?
No. The person's name is sufficient. If the client contacts VT Group independently, we'll link their enquiry to your earlier referral.
Can I refer myself?
No. The referrer and the client must be different people. If the details match, no referral payment is made.
Who can make referrals?
The programme is for anyone who wants to recommend VT Group to a friend, colleague or other person looking for property in Poland. No real estate experience is required.
