In the VT Group catalogue, you can open a residential development and explore apartments listed in our database, including their floor area, number of rooms, floor level, price and floor plan, where available.

You can also use our Telegram bot or AI assistant to search for suitable properties. Final prices and availability are confirmed with the developer.

Can a foreign national buy an apartment in Warsaw?

Yes. Purchasing a separately owned residential apartment in Warsaw generally does not require a permit from Poland’s Ministry of the Interior. Additional requirements may apply to houses, land plots or rights to other separate properties.

Fees depend on the service:

Can I search for and purchase an apartment remotely?

Yes. We can search for properties remotely, arrange video viewings, assist with document checks and coordinate the transaction preparation.

Remote document signing depends on the type of agreement and legal requirements. If personal attendance or a power of attorney is required, we will discuss the arrangements in advance.

Which languages do VT Group specialists speak?

We provide consultations in Polish, Russian, Belarusian, Ukrainian, English and Spanish. You can discuss property searches, cooperation terms and the purchasing process in a language that is convenient for you.

What additional costs arise when buying an apartment?

Besides the price of the apartment, additional costs may arise: notary fees, court fees and taxes applicable to the particular transaction, as well as the cost of finishing work, a parking space and a storage unit, where applicable.

When buying with a mortgage, bank charges may apply — they depend on the bank and are discussed separately. The costs depend on the type of transaction, so we clarify them in advance for the specific property.
